Ph.D. applications

Please submit your application to our graduate school before December 15, 2026. Prospective students with a background in electrical engineering, physics, or materials sciences are encouraged to contact Prof. Xia. Our group plans to recruit at least 2 graduate students for the Fall 2027. The students will likely focus on the fundamental physical properties of emerging quantum materials or on intelligent devices that leverage AI together with novel material and device functionalities.
